Neil Chanter
Neil is admitted to practice in all Missouri State Courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. He is a member of The Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, The Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, The American Bar Association, and The Missouri Bar.
Neil’s area of practice includes catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice and product liability litigation. In January, 2020, Neil was elected by his peers to Missouri’s Appellate Judicial Commissioner for a 6-year term, as the Commission’s attorney representative for the Southern District. https://www.courts.mo.gov/page.jsp?id=297
Neil Chanter, now a dual citizen was originally from the U.K. He was awarded his Bachelor of Laws degree, with honors, from the University of Wales, College of Cardiff, Great Britain in 1994. Neil was with Clarke, Willmott & Clarke solicitors for one year, before he moved to Missouri, and he joined the firm here, as an associate, in 1998. He became a shareholder in January, 2003.
